What belongs to Once, what remains yours, and what needs written permission.
1. Ownership
Once owns or licenses the app, software, source code, interface layouts, visual style, icons, logos, wordmarks, feature names, workflows, Magic Camera prompts, AI orchestration, recommendation formats, copy, designs, screenshots, and related materials that make up Once.
This includes distinctive Once experiences such as giveaway cards, Things Wallet, Hint, challenges, n score presentation, Magic Camera styles, item-photo cleanup flows, settings surfaces, and related visual or interaction patterns.
Your own item photos, profile photo, listing descriptions, messages, inventory notes, Hint items, and other personal content remain yours. This notice does not transfer ownership of your personal content to Once.
2. Permitted Use
You may use Once as intended through the official app and supported Apple system surfaces. This includes creating listings, tracking items, saving hints, editing item photos, messaging about pickups or swaps, and sharing your own content for personal reuse and gifting purposes.
3. Not Permitted
- Copying, extracting, scraping, modifying, repackaging, redistributing, or commercially exploiting Once, Once feature outputs, Once screenshots, Once prompts, or Once brand assets outside the official app experience.
- Selling, licensing, printing, minting, or using Once app assets, workflows, templates, prompts, screenshots, generated product structures, or brand assets on merchandise, templates, competing apps, digital downloads, or promotional products.
- Using Once functions, workflows, prompts, layouts, screenshots, recommendations, image styles, or brand assets to build, train, benchmark, market, or improve a competing or substitute product or service.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, bypassing, or attempting to derive Once source code, private APIs, backend behaviour, databases, prompts, or protected product logic.
- Using the Once name, logo, wordmark, or branding in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without written permission.
4. Third-Party Names and User Content
Once features may refer to item categories, Apple services, OpenAI, sibling apps, App Store surfaces, or other third-party names for compatibility, description, or support purposes. Those references do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation unless expressly stated.
You are responsible for the content you create, import, save, photograph, share, or send through Once. Make sure you have the rights needed for any photos, text, or other content you add.
5. Report Misuse or Request Permission
